  • It is important to remain truthful and factual. It helps everyone remain realistic with their expectations. Ensure you take responsibility for your actions and decisions.

These beliefs need to be ingrained deep into every corner of your company. Each member of the team should have similar beliefs. It is easier to achieve greatness with a team that is driven by common beliefs and convictions, than one that is driven by rules and commands.
